How much are the tickets?

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available at the Manila Ocean Park ticketing counter. Online booking options will be available soon.
How many times can I enter with one ticket?
Each ticket allows single-entry access only.
How long is the ticket valid?
Valid for use on the day of purchase only, unless otherwise stated.
Are kids free?
Yes! Children 2 feet and below enter free. Those above 2 feet need a ticket. Admission is based on height, not age.
Is the museum stroller- and wheelchair-friendly?
Unfortunately, the museum is not currently stroller- or wheelchair-accessible due to space and layout limitations. We are working on future improvements to better accommodate all visitors.
Can I bring my own stroller or wheelchair?
At the moment, we are unable to accommodate personal strollers or wheelchairs inside the exhibit areas. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning accordingly.
Who cannot enter?
Guests with severe light/sound sensitivity, epilepsy, or certain health conditions are advised to consult a physician before entering.
What if I need help inside?
Trained staff are available throughout the museum. You may also go to the information desk for assistance.
What can I see inside DNA?
12 breathtaking digital exhibits inspired by nature, flowers, the sun, and light — all created to be immersive, responsive, and therapeutic.
Are there photo opportunities?
Yes! Most exhibits are Instagram-worthy. Photography (without flash) and videos are allowed.
How long is the visit?
Expect to spend around 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your pace.
When is the best time to visit?
Weekday mornings are quieter for a more relaxed experience.
Can I bring food or drinks?
No, food and drinks are not allowed inside exhibit areas.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and immersive experience for all guests, please take note of the following house rules and guidelines while inside the Digital National Art Museum.
● No Flash Photography – To protect the digital displays and ensure everyone's viewing experience.
● No Outside Food and Drinks Allowed – Help us keep the space clean and tech-safe.
● No Running or Disruptive Behavior – Maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere for all guests.
● No Sharp or Dangerous Objects – For everyone’s safety and the protection of equipment.
● No Pets Allowed – For the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all visitors, animals are strictly prohibited.
● No Sharp or Pointed Footwear – Help us protect sensitive flooring and exhibit areas by wearing flat footwear.
● Wear Foot Covers at All Times – Foot covers will be provided upon entry and must be worn to preserve the cleanliness and condition of the museum.
● Children Must Be Supervised by an Adult at All Times – Ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone.

To help preserve the integrity of our interactive exhibits and ensure everyone’s enjoyment, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
● Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket. Guests must present their tickets upon request when entering the museum.
● Children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Please do not leave children unattended.
● Children measuring two (2) feet and below may enter free of charge.
● By entering, guests consent to bag checks for prohibited items, which may include weapons, illegal substances, and other restricted materials.
● For the comfort of all guests, please maintain respectful conduct. Obscene language, inappropriate gestures, running, horseplay, pushing, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
● The Digital National Art Museum is not liable for any lost or stolen personal items.
● The Digital National Art Museum is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from a guest’s negligence, failure to follow rules, or actions of a third party while inside the premises.
● Guests showing inappropriate or unsafe behavior may be denied entry or asked to leave without refund, liability, or compensation, especially if they disrupt the experience of others or the normal operation of the Digital National Art Museum.
● To protect our digital displays and ensure a calm environment, flash photography, touching screens, or physical interaction with digital installations is strictly prohibited. Some interactive areas may be accessed under staff supervision.
● Certain areas or exhibits may be temporarily closed for maintenance or technical upgrades. Updates will be shared through our official website and social media channels.
● Operating hours, exhibit access, and scheduled shows may change without prior notice due to technical concerns, capacity limits, or special events.
● The Digital National Art Museum reserves the right to adjust its operations—including changing hours, limiting access, or cancelling shows—without notice, refund, or liability, should circumstances require.
