Yes! Children 2 feet and below enter free. Those above 2 feet need a ticket. Admission is based on height, not age.
Unfortunately, the museum is not currently stroller- or wheelchair-accessible due to space and layout limitations. We are working on future improvements to better accommodate all visitors.
At the moment, we are unable to accommodate personal strollers or wheelchairs inside the exhibit areas. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning accordingly.

● No Outside Food and Drinks Allowed – Help us keep the space clean and tech-safe.
● No Running or Disruptive Behavior – Maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere for all guests.
● No Sharp or Dangerous Objects – For everyone’s safety and the protection of equipment.
● No Pets Allowed – For the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all visitors, animals are strictly prohibited.
● No Sharp or Pointed Footwear – Help us protect sensitive flooring and exhibit areas by wearing flat footwear.
● Wear Foot Covers at All Times – Foot covers will be provided upon entry and must be worn to preserve the cleanliness and condition of the museum.
● Children Must Be Supervised by an Adult at All Times – Ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone.

● The Digital National Art Museum is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from a guest’s negligence, failure to follow rules, or actions of a third party while inside the premises.
● Guests showing inappropriate or unsafe behavior may be denied entry or asked to leave without refund, liability, or compensation, especially if they disrupt the experience of others or the normal operation of the Digital National Art Museum.
● To protect our digital displays and ensure a calm environment, flash photography, touching screens, or physical interaction with digital installations is strictly prohibited. Some interactive areas may be accessed under staff supervision.
● Certain areas or exhibits may be temporarily closed for maintenance or technical upgrades. Updates will be shared through our official website and social media channels.
● Operating hours, exhibit access, and scheduled shows may change without prior notice due to technical concerns, capacity limits, or special events.
